"Feels solid and well made"
I’ve been using my GE appliance for a few months now and it feels really well built. The doors shut nice and solid the buttons don’t feel cheap and I haven’t noticed any rattling or loose parts.
It just has that sturdy feel like it can handle everyday use without me having to be super careful with it. I’m happy with it so far and I’d definitely consider buying GE again

"Confirmed the order, then nothing happened"
My order confirmation came through quickly, so I thought everything was good. But after that, the tracking just never moved or updated at all. I reached out to support, and they couldn’t really tell me where my fridge was. it’s not even about the wait as much as not knowing what’s going on. Frustrating.

It works fine overall. The washing part seems to clean my clothes well enough, or at least I don’t remember having any issues there. What I do remember is the dryer taking longer than I expected sometimes, which gets a little annoying. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Pretty easy to use for the most part"
I was able to find my appliance model and the parts info without much hassle, which is all I really needed. The site was simple to get around overall. A couple pages were a little slow, and the menus could definitely be clearer, but that’s kind of how these parts websites always are. Nothing too frustrating though, and it got the job done.

"Delivered on time and handled with care"
Everything went really smoothly. The delivery team called ahead like they said they would, showed up on time, and were careful bringing the appliance inside without scraping the doorway or walls. It came out of the box looking perfect, no dents, no scratches, nothing to worry about. Overall, it felt reliable and professional, and I’m really happy with the experience

"Install took way too long and was messy"
I was already frustrated after waiting around longer than expected for the installer to show up, and the actual work didn’t make up for it. The install felt rushed and sloppy, and they left more mess behind than I expected. Overall, not a great experience.

I’m happy with the appliance itself, but the smart features have been frustrating. The app seems to disconnect fairly often, and it can take what feels like a few minutes or so to update the status. Notifications sometimes show up way later than they should, or I don’t get them at all. Setup was easy enough in the beginning, but keeping everything working has been more annoying than I expected. For something that’s supposed to be smart, it feels a bit unreliable

"At least it’s helping with the ridiculous power bill"
I’ve had this for a few months now, my power bill does seem a little lower, which is a relief because those bills have been getting out of hand. It runs quiet too, so I’m not constantly annoyed by some loud humming in the background. It’s not perfect, and there are a couple little things I wish were better, but overall I’m happy with it so far

"Pretty slow support when I needed help"
The appliance itself seems fine, I think, but dealing with customer service was kind of frustrating. I waited a few days to hear back, and when someone finally responded, I had to explain the whole issue again. They were nice enough, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but they didn’t really move things along or give me much useful help. Maybe I expected too much from a bigger company, but I feel like the follow-up should’ve been better. Not the worst service ever, just definitely not great

"Honestly quieter than I thought it’d be"
I was a little worried it might be noisy, but it’s actually quiet. There’s a soft hum every now and then, but nothing that bothers me. I felt relieved once I had it running because it’s much calmer than I expected.

The appliance actually came on the exact day they told me, which I appreciated. I didn’t have to sit around wondering all week or rearrange a bunch of stuff. Delivery was smooth too, nothing complicated, just showed up and got it done

Hi my dryer won,t heat up only a year old in july was told when i bought the washer and dryer set it was covered for 2 years now they won,t cover

Why did my new range came out of the sealed box with black grease fingers prints and no protective plastic film? also, dings and misaligned drawer.
